Plus 60 transcription minutes per calendar month, resetting on the first day at 00:00 UTC. Annual plans receive a fresh monthly allowance.
One assist: one AI quote draft from your notes/transcript, one site-photo scope review (up to four photos), or one receipt scan. Recording/transcribing audio uses the minutes allowance separately; turning that transcript into a draft uses one assist.
Checking or reopening an existing cached result does not use another assist. Confirmed failed requests are credited back; requests with an uncertain result remain reserved while you check them. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Processing safety cap: 200 submitted assists or 120 transcription minutes per calendar month, including failed attempts; 20 assists or 20 minutes across a trial. Repeated failures can pause AI at this cap.
No automatic extra charges. When your allowance is used up, you can continue creating and editing quotes and invoices manually. Additional AI use waits until your allowance resets.
The five selected pilot decorators receive free access, as agreed. They are separate from the first 20 paying customers. Pilot AI usage has the same monthly allowance as the standard plan.
Yes. Standard annual billing is £199 instead of £239.88 across 12 monthly payments, saving £40.88. Founding annual billing is £149 instead of £179.88, saving £30.88. Both save approximately 17%.
Yes. Saved records and images are copied online, with seven successful daily copies retained. Current pilot backup limits are 32 MB, 64 images and 500 saved records including history. Higher usage needs to be reviewed before paid launch. Unsaved edits are excluded.
The subscription does not cover payment-provider fees or paid SMS delivery. Sharing a text or WhatsApp link opens your own messaging service. Any future paid messaging option will show its charges before use.
The launch trial will require no card. You will choose whether to subscribe after 14 days. Checkout is not open during the invitation-only pilot.
